Trees with snow 

Snow Trees

We had about 3 inches of snow here in the Hudson Valley on Sunday and this is the result of those 3 inches on some trees.

The Old Town Bridge 

Perrine's Bridge

This is a picture of one of the few remaining covered bridges in NY. It is called "Perrine's Bridge" and it is located in Rifton, NY. A relative of mine had a hand in the design and the construction of this bridge. It is a historic landmark now.

Cows and Gate 

Oreo Cookie Cows

This was taken on a lovely Fall day in Highland, NY. The cows are small in this pic, but they look like cow Oreo Cookies. They are all brown with a white stripe circling the middle of their bodies.

Rail Road Tracks in B&W

Here is shot from the train tracks that run through Ulster Park, NY. I like using black and white, as you can tell from these first 2 pictures, but trust me, there are some color shots of the Valley as well.

This is the first picture I ever took. I had just gotten my camera and I saw our old cat, Joe, sitting on the foot stool, so I snapped his picture and this is how it came out.
